Meet the Team

Bruce Pflaumer

Bruce Pflaumer

Founder & Style Expert

Certified Interior Decorator

Leading clients to self-actualization through a personal style journey.

I am a pro golfer in my head, terrible at keeping a poker face and a sucker for my grandsons.

I enjoy interesting people, a good movie, laughing, and Apple products.

Style isn’t one thing: it’s a lifestyle built over a lifetime. It’s the integration of your internal and external self, reflected to the world.

  • Bruce's 25-plus years of experience and expertise in the apparel industry include buying, selling, styling, merchandising, design, development, and brand building. With Michael Bruce Styling, his tenure in the fashion and design industries, dynamic personality, talents, and abilities merge, establishing him as an expert in the field of image and interior style. His clients are a diverse and dynamic group of individuals in search of finding or refining their style. Bruce, and his team relish working with clients on their style journey; educating and empowering them in the art of expressing self through style..

Bec Relyea

Bec Relyea

Image Consultant & Interior Stylist

Family, style, and travel (the order changes depending on the day).

Will also answer to Rebecca.

I am a glass half-full kind of person, detail oriented, obsessed with comfort and very loyal.

I enjoy fitting everything into a carry-on, being cozy, and clothes that don’t make me fidget.

Style is a way to make me feel like a million bucks.

  • Bec is an East coast girl with a PNW vibe who loves to travel and brings a flare of her travels around the world to style and sensibility as image and interior consultant and stylist. Her moto is “comfort is key” and she believes clothing choices for her clients should not only make them feel amazing but should also allow them to feel unencumbered and free to conquer whatever the day has in store. Great style does not have to be uncomfortable; it should fit you and your life.

Pamela Forgrieve

Director of Operations

Image Consultant/Stylist, CIC, CWS, CBS

Modeling for clients how to look and feel fabulous while owning your style with confidence.

I am the quintessential English rose complete with accent and thorns.

I enjoy shoes (there’s no such thing as too many shoes), fabulous style (wearing it, admiring it, and learning about it), books, music, and fast cars.

Style is an expression of oneself.

  • Pamela wears many stylish hats for Michael Bruce Styling. She is a Certified Image Consultant, Certified Wardrobe and Bridal Stylist as well as Director of Operations & Logistics. She also produces the Wisdom from The Wardrobe podcast. Her years of experience and style savviness allow her the ability to listen intently, understand, empathize, and ultimately help clients find their authentic personal style. In addition to representing who they are, Pamela appreciates that style needs to be sustainable long term, while making clients feel confident and empowered. She does all these things while wearing fabulous shoes!

Stacy Heller

Stacy Heller

Branding Consultant, Voice of the People

As “Voice of the People,” my role is to be real and relatable; I try to be both.

I am more introverted than you’d expect, excellent at making connections, and always paying attention to details.

I enjoy bold colors, G&Ts, and being a little bit irreverent.

Style speaks volumes before you say a word, so you’d better be clear about what you’re saying.

  • Stacy believes in connection through conversation, asking questions instead of making assumptions and engaging with the elephant in the room. She also believes the biggest obstacle most people have is themselves. Along with the work she does with the Michael Bruce Styling Team, Stacy also has her own podcast: Stacy Connects.

Wisdom from

the Wardrobe

Our not-too-serious podcast about serious style.

Style is far more relevant than people realize; it informs every aspect of how we show up in our daily lives. We’re not talking about fashion or trends; we’re talking about personal style, a statement to the world about who you are. While the Michael Bruce Styling team takes style seriously, they do not take themselves seriously. Instead, they offer relatable insights, information, and ideas with the ultimate goal of educating and entertaining listeners.

Every great transformation starts with a conversation.

It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It doesn’t have to be obvious.
It just has to feel like you.

We’ve worked with clients who weren’t sure what they needed - only that something was off. A wardrobe that no longer fits the season they’re in. A space that felt unfinished. A sense that their style had fallen out of sync with their life.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. That’s where we begin.
